So we are finishing up our 3rd week of school already! My kindergarteners have come a long way in 12 days and I'm sure that given another 12 more, they will totally understand how our classroom works. I love seeing all of their shining personalities coming out. It's fun getting to know a new group of kids (and parents)! This is the first year that I have some siblings of kids that I have had in the past. This is pretty fun, too. I also got to move to an a-mazing classroom this year across the hallway from my old room. Not only did the size of my room almost double, but now I have two bathrooms (didn't even have one in my old room), and a walk-in closet with lots of storage space. It's incredible. After everything that happened at the end of the year with being laid-off (for a VERY short time), things have really worked out quite nicely. I'm missing my friend Andrea terribly though!! Her new school is very lucky to get her =)
I was sad to see summer end as we had such a great summer together with our little family. It is so much fun to have these couple months off together. I'm definitely looking forward to this weekend so we can spend a little extra family time together! I miss our little girl!!
